THE QUALITIES OF A GOOD INSTRUCTOR

TRAINING-EXPERIENCE-ACHIEVEMENT
 - Choose Your Instructor Carefully -

A very important and necessary part of becoming an instructor is having attended instructor development schools but attending schools alone
does not necessarily make for a seasoned or accomplished instructor

The true measure of an accomplished instructor is one who has combined what he or she has learned in those schools together with other life experiences and challenges and who has under the most extreme circumstances put both the learning process and the total
of those experiences to the test

The success of that testing period and consequently the success of the instructor will be found in his or her resume which not only lists the schools
the instructor attended but more importantly outlines the instructor's accomplishments, distinctions, recognitions and awards
